Ali Samaei, known as Sepehr Sepi, was born on March 31, 2004 in The Islamic Republic of Iran, Tehran.
He is active in pop hip-hop style, electropop and classical rap style.

On January 5, 2016, Sepehr Sepi won the Certificate of Yellow Belt of Self-Defense from the Self-Defense Federation of Tehran Province and the Federation of Self-Defense and The Jadoo of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In 2017, Ali Samaei won the Award for YoungEst Iranian Musician of the Year at the Youth Festival with the same Sepehr Sepi.

In 2019, Sepehr Sepi won the Award for Best Iranian Pianist at Tehran Contemporary Music Festival.

Sepehr Sepi participated in the 2020 tv series Frog and made the piano for that series.

Sepehr Sepi entered the electropop-style singing industry in early 2021 with the release of single 2014
